"This is a very modern property. The apartments have nearly everything you need. Except, cutlery, tea towel, dishwashing detergent and toilet paper! We were constantly asking for toilet paper. None of the house keeping staff could speak English. It was very frustrating. Considering there were English speaking guests, there should be a couple of HK staff that can speak English. "I had stayed there 7-8 years ago and came back first time last month (March 2023). It was bad as it's overpriced compared with the quality of facility (room remained old and no sufficient hot water for having bath, etc.) and services (breakfast is one of the worst one among hotels with this price range). Staff service is okay, but overall I was disappointed. I will not come back there unless their management is changed. "

"A great accommodation in Phnom Phen! It offers really large apartments, a small pool and gym on the rooftop and a great restaurant at the ground floor. Clean and comfortable, well functional AC. Could have wished for a more fully equipped kitchen as it has limited plates, cutlery and glasses, a couple of more towels for the pool, and some shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the shower. But all in all a perfect stay for a family of four. Easy to get around with tuk-tuks. A plus for having some toys...
