"The air con through out the hotel was so low that the hotel and dining area was not cool made it stiffling and unpleasant when eating your meals, dissapointing that the drinks in the sports bar were not part of the inclusive package even though the sports bar is on the complex,being charged for pool towels per person per towel cheaper to take your own towels l "

"Nice hotel close to the beach and miles of coastline to walk along. Also close to a volcano you can walk up which was handy. Rooms were nicely set out and roomy, with decking for each room which is a lovely bonus.The shower was a waterfall shower which was fantastic. The pools in the are were kept very well and were very refreshing on the hot days. Staff was very friendly and ready to help."

"Good central property and staff are helpful and quick to resolve any issues . Could do with an upgrade though as air conditioning in our room despite maintenance best efforts was not good and room never got cool. We just used the hotel as a good local base as we know the area well. "
