"We stayed in a family room, but unfortunately the space felt quite small for our needs. The bathroom was also very compact, and the toilet was not separated from the shower/bath area, which made it inconvenient since only one person could use it at a time. That said, the resort itself is beautiful. The grounds are well maintained, and the overall atmosphere outside the rooms is gorgeous. The pools are nice, although this was the first time I’ve experienced such deep pools in the Dominican Republic—starting around 5 inches and going as deep as 7 feet, which may not be ideal for everyone. The beach was definitely a highlight—clean, well maintained, and very enjoyable. Overall, while the rooms could use improvement in terms of space and layout, the resort’s outdoor areas and beachfront make it a pleasant place to stay."

"Great staff very helpful and the spa was amazing! I got a deep tissue massage and I asked the masseuse to focus on a couple problem areas and while she did, she made sure to still relax and massage every other part of my body and still really helped with my knots (she also checked if pressure is to my liking) and she gave me the choice to pick the scent for the essential oils being used during our massage. I really enjoyed it"

"Still need some improvement in the service but globally extremely good. The entertainment team was very good. Thanks to Mr.Brown and Mr.Candy! If you like swimming in the ocean, the hotel is directly in front of agitated water. We had a few days with no swimming allowed. But you can walk outside the complex limit to get into calmer and crystalline water."
