Wonderful service from the hotel from front desk to room service. Room is clean. The hotel has a great view of the mountain around, always very rejuvenating waking up to such a great view.. walking distance to old street, Impression Tahongbao show. Taxi to sightseeing venues is close too.. will stay again should I come back again.

The staff are well trained and attentive. Takes service to a whole different level. We stayed in a family room great space. U can change yr pillows. Situated right next to west lake with private entrance.

Hotel is conveniently located and only 2 bus stops away from the main shopping street of SanfangQiXiang. Front desk manager, Cary Lan, provided excellent service. Not only did he upgrade our room after we gave feedback on some issues with the original room, he also provided useful tips on how to get around the area. We really have a pleasant stay in this hotel, room is cozy , hotel staffs service is professional and friendly, a lot of varieties of foods for breakfast buffet. Overall experience for this hotel is Awesome. Next time if I come to Xiamen again will definitely choose this hotel.

The room was exceptional

Just when I thought people in Xiamen don’t really celebrate Xmas, the decoration at this hotel is matchable to those in major Asian city malls or hotels. I love the Chinese details in the rooms, like the Chinese knot hooks. I love the rounded look of its furnishings. I especially love the toilet, how the layout is segregated and various accessibility.
