"Ok hotel in an area a bit outside of Paris. Good for people who need to stay there specifically."

"Our stay was for five nights and it was outstanding. Special thanks to Ali at the front desk and the young lady at the desk with the gorgeous nails and smile who spoke English so well. No demand was too much for the staff. We particularly enjoyed the use of the snack lounge and sauna. "

"Where do I began, we was there for an hour early they would allow us to check in. Secondly, they never gave us a tour of the hotel to let us know where everything was at. Third the room we received was the size of a walk in closet; considering I’m supposed to get VIP access. This was a true embarrassment, words cannot describe how disappointed I am with this hotel and I am very upset that you Expedia did not get involve to help me a long time customer. Even after i spoke with you guys the day and never heard back you. Look at my history with guys I only use Expedia. You guys offered me something like $125 dollars to me when I returned. The experience I had there ruing my whole vacation considering that was my first time in Paris. Please take that place off your site."
