"Clean rooms, friendly staff"

"The room seemed very clean, a bit dated, especially the bathroom. The beds were comfortable, there is no duvet, just a sheet to cover yourself with. There was shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion in the room. A little fridge and some cups, no kettle or coffee machine. There is a very strong ‘no cooking’ rule in the rooms. There is morning coffee in the registration area, as well as hot and cold water. We were able to park right outside our room. There were 3 steps down from the parking lot to the rooms. We got dinner in the saloon right on site - the food was great and the setting was just right after a day in Death Valley. There is a general store opposite (on the other side of the road), it’s very well stocked with many souvenirs , basic food, snacks and drinks, but pretty pricey for souvenirs ($35 for basic t shirts). We went to the sand dunes for sunset - I highly recommend! I would stay here again if I was to come back to Death Valley - the location is great and the hotel had everything we needed (except for a kettle in the room)!"

"The staff was excellent. The breakfast looked nice and fresh. Since there is a Dennys next door, and they give us 10% discount, that’s where we had breakfast. Very clean, comfortable, and great location! 😊"

"This place is great for a few nights to stop while traveling. It felt like a cute little resort. i wouldn’t recommend parking your RV there though because if you plan on sleeping inside, there is no plug in and the bathrooms are far to walk from in the dark. The one male staff was a bit rude as well and he didn’t make me feel welcomed. Other than that, it was great!"

"Property was nicely maintained and golf cart services are available to get your luggage from the parking lot to your room. The Inn sits top a hill and parking is below. Customer service was excellent. Everyone was friendly, customer focused and very polite. The oasis is very nice and you can meander through the garden with running creeks, waterfalls and frog ponds. We had the terrace room which faced the Bad water Basin and the very nice pool area. Restaurant food was good and they had a nice selection for food/drinks. The room was big enough and the bathroom had all products needed. It did need an overhaul. Paint needs to be stripped and redone. Carpets really need cleaning and a room refresh. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with beautiful scenery. "

"The heater took a longtime to warm up. The mattress and bedding were terrible. Wouldn’t stay there again even if they pay me. Didn’t use laundry."

"The manager was friendly and helpful. I asked him what the price for the room would be. It was a little more expensive than what I read online. He patiently waited while I booked the room online for the cheaper (Expedia) price. The room is large enough for the king size bed and the room was clean. There is a fast food restaurant next door. We have stayed here before. The parking is in front of the door."

"The checkin was easy and the front desk host very nice. The room was very clean and the bed was amazingly comfy. Cute little place and a close drive to restaurants. "
