"hotel is amazingly located in the main shopping street of kumamoto making kombinis, shops, food options and transport links at an abundance!! the hotel is extremely organised and clean, check in was smooth with the kindest staff always willing to help. the room is small and i struggled to open a large suitcase however it has everything you need. there are free drinks available in the lobby daily from 2-10pm, the breakfast buffet is the best iโ€™ve ever experienced - so clean, yummy and always well stocked. the public bath is free with the hotel stay however please be aware if you have tattoos they are NOT tattoo friendly so youโ€™ll need to cover them up or take a miss this time. overall, couldnโ€™t recommend more for a few days stay in kumamoto!!"

"My stay at Kumamoto Nest Hotel was excellent. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for my stay. I especially appreciated having breakfast available each morning. Fresh towels, a robe, and slippers were provided daily, which was a nice touch. The staff were helpful and friendly throughout my visit. Another big advantage was that everything I needed was within walking distance. This was my first visit to Japan, and the hotel exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to other travelers."
