"The only real disappointment was our dinner. The food was tasty but it wasn’t as described on the menu-my seasonal veg was two spring onions, my tarragon jus was gravy and our children’s fish bites were just cheap fish fingers!! We were 2.5hours for two courses….it was very slow. The hotel room was clean and the nature trail outside was lovely. The outside grounds were perfect for a stroll before dinner. "A greal location, just over a block from the center of town. Excellent breakfast and also near some good places to eat. The hotel also has a 24 hour light hot snack service. "I did not like trying to get to the hotel which is situated on the grounds a public university. One entrance from a main Street was blocked off and you had to go find another one to get into it There is a big sign at this entrance to the university that points to you to the hotel and the GPS send you there. If they're not going to open that one access then they need to put a sign saying this side is closed and brief description of how to get to the property. Parking was terrible but all...

"The Junior Suite is an excellent room. Very spacious. Bar meals are excellent and staff were friendly and were working really hard. Water pipes can be a bit noisy at around 5am..but that's a little thing against a lovely room, good shower and clean hotel. The spa is good. The steam room and sauna are just average size and can get full. The hotel is lovely and a great place to stay. Good for visiting Coventry and Leicester and the surrounding areas. Would recommend it."
