"Booked in, but no information about how to get to our room, not was there any thought about providing directions to the room or where the dining room was. The room was clean, & that was the only good thing to say about it. It was the first time ever staying in an Ibis, & will be the last. We didn't stay for breakfast as our flight left at 07.25, but I have subsequently found out that the breakfast starts being served very early, but we weren't told that either. We were taken to Birmingham airport, so didn't use the parking facilities. The evening menu was very poor, basically offering bergers & alike but not much choice. Very poor over all."
