"Our stay was fantastic! The parking process was easy, they had reserved spots for check-in right outside the front doors. Once checked in, they had a valet come get our car and park it for a fee, definitely worth it! The hotel is older, but modernized and very clean. Fantastic location! A few minute walk from the harbour and lots to see on the street it is located. Lots of restaurants nearby!"

"Staff were super friendly and kind. The room was spacious and bright and well appointed. Very clean. There was breakfast available and it looked delicious, however we chose to enjoy local cafe's. Would absolutely recommend the Poet Hotel. "

"I usually do not write reviews. But my stay here left me with a bad taste in my mouth. The hotel looks very nice from the outside and is super well located. Inside though, it has a very creepy feeling and the staff just felt off. As a young woman traveling for me is scary by itself. It did not help that while I was trying to take a shower, a man tried to break into my room and was banging my door down. I called the emergency service in the hotel and by the time they came the man was gone and therefore nothing was done. It might sound dramatic but this was definitely a traumatizing experience. If you are a solo traveler, I wouldn’t recommend."

"This place is top notch and you will feel like a million Euros! The terrace, views and location are quintessential Portofino. The spa and breakfast will not disappoint. I needed a place to park and had no issues. The walk to downtown is easy and enjoyable. I would recommend to my closest friends, not just you. ;)"
