"The staff were very helpful and friendly but, my Mother's room wasn't ready for almost two hours after we got there. I was thankful mine and my Husband's room was ready but we came from several hours away and my mother needed to rest and get settled into her handicap accessible room. They offered to give a free night or a food voucher but my Mother does not travel often and this was her last trip to the casino. Very disappointing. We won't be back."

"Greeted with a smile. Staff very helpful. Room was amazing. Breakfast was delicious. Easy parking. If you needed help staff was there to assist. Not being from the area I appreciated the staff informing me with a answer. Courteous."
