"We had an allergy problem. My son is allergic to tree nuts and peanuts. We made the staff and gm aware if it right away. They have all good labeled but had a chicken dish that said chicken and fruit. Come to find out it had Brazil nuts in it. As my son was taking his first bite of chicken ( it was in his mouth). The staff ran out with a fresh piece of chicken and told him it had Brazil nuts in it. When we questioned the GM she said that Brazil nuts are not tree nuts which they are in fact....

"Staying at TRC offers total immersion into the jungle: we bathed with hummingbirds thrumming overhead, and woke up to troops of Tamarin monkeys passing by our room - it’s just wonderful to be surrounded by so much nature. "Hotel was nice! Close to the river, convenient place. The service was great. However, the room was not good. Although we asked for non- smoking the room smelled like cigarettes. Also, it seemed the room was recently u der constructions and there were some things out of place. Tv was not working at first and it was replaced."
