"The staff is welcoming and top-notch! The penthouse suites were out of this world. Food was 8.5/10 and cocktails a 7/10 (make sure you go to the lobby bar, they have the best mixers and spirits). Of course, the beaches are gorgeous, although water is not as crystal clear as some other locations. Still a wonderful experience and I hope to go back again!"

"The left side rooms were too noisy with huge outdoor AC units, could not enjoy balcony due to very loud AC units noises. Refrigerator did not work properly, no cold drinks. Sometimes, no coffee restored in the room. The main lobby was not comfortable and mostly very warm. In general, I would rate this resort as 3.5 stars. "

"Relatively quiet resort with little “young” adults. Staff / service is excellent. Restaurants and food as expected in a “luxury” resort. There is a convention center, so depending on your luck with what company is using, it may be quiet or a bit busy or noisy."

The Italian restaurant was getting ready to open on the last day of our stay. I expected more from a resort of its caliber. We were made aware that we would have a concierge for our entire stay. It was difficult to get ahold of him and when he was off, we were not aware of who we could contact. We were swept away to a timeshare presentation that left little to be...
