"The check in staff could be a bit more friendly. The concierge desk staff was very friendly. We asked and recieved a late checkout, however the cleaning staff still showed up at the original checkout time. Communication on adjusted checkout times may need some improvement. "

"Expedia should make clear that the hotel will insist on a significant extra payment at check-in as deposit for incidentals. This affected our budget. I've never before been at a hotel where it's so difficult to get the room cleaned. Had to ask multiple times before ours was. The hotel's knowledge about whether their so-called accessible rooms had walk-in showers was poor. Their systems obviously did not have accurate information and my wife and I ended up in 3 different rooms in 24 hours while this was resolved. Beware the addition of an extra charge for parking! I only noticed because I checked the bill and pointed out we did not have a car. Not a hotel I would return to."

"I love the well kept grounds and the clean condo that I found. The concierge was great. This was handled by text and anything we needed was provided quickly, within 15 minutes. The activities were fun for my granddaughter and grandson. The indoor pool was too crowded and had too much chlorine, but the outdoor pool looked wonderful. It was just too cool to be open yet. Thank you for a wonderful stay."
