"I never saw an image of the exterior of the building in the advertisement on Expedia. I never read that access to the upper floor was via a steep staircase which made carrying two suitcases to one’s room difficult. The place appears to be managed by the Wat Hotel next door but without access to the Wat’s facilities. The walls between the rooms were such that one could plainly hear conversations next door. The room was fine but the experience frankly disappointing."

"広々として，清潔感もあり使いやすかった。 夜に入館したため，チェックイン時の鍵の部分が暗くわかりにくかった。 外国人対応も意識しての掲示もわかりました。 館内は段差があるので、サイト上2階への階段の案内の他に字とことプラスされていればkさらに良いかもしれません。 また，チェックイン前に宿泊者の写真登録が必要な意味も、実際にチェックインしてセキュリティ上理解しました。滞在は快適でした。"

"This was my favorite accommodation in Japan. It was very cozy and made me feel home. We had the Sennari room. There were 4 beds in two rooms but we only used two. There was a microwave, fridge, kitchen sink with dishes/soap, washer/dryer, kitchen table, sofa. It was two levels with bedrooms upstairs. We never saw our host. It was self check in with a code. It was located in a great area. We were able to walk to and from the train with our luggage. There were several restaurants and shopping very...
