Amazing stay . Definitely will visit again

It's a nice resort. Very small and they are building new units but did not hear any noise or felt dirty. The staff is very friendly but could not speak English nor Chinese. Only the pretty young female owner can speak very good English. They serve free breakfast, it is ok not fantastic. Just the location is really natural and they do not use pest control I guess, so around the food, there are a lot of small flies. I am ok with it. The resort is located at a village area. Nothing around it....

This was my second time staying at this lovely and exclusive establishment. And the key primary reason why I will keep coming back, is the very private ambience the property offers for a very relaxing stay to get away from the real hustle and bustle of the city. This is a real getaway.... And the staff, every one of them, were excellent in their professionalism. They are a great asset to the brand and I am already planning my next visit.

I LOVE Sala Khaoyai. Everything is perfect in my opinion. The staff is courteous, patient and very attentive. Good variety at breakfast and you gotta try the BBQ experience! Was fun and memorable. This resort is slightly away from the main tourist stretch, and that's what I love about it. Awesome as a retreat.

Amazing stay. The resort is lovely, staff are super friendly, food's great and rooms have a huge deep soaking tub which is really nice. It was my birthday week and they surprised me with a cake and a little handwritten note. Everything in the room is complimentary. At your departure, they also make you takeaway coffee and cookies. The whole experience was amazing, service is the unbeatable. I will stay here again in my future trip.

The cottage was amazing and beautifully decorated. The lights were dimmer than what we were used to but in hindsight it had a very romantic vibe which was perfect for us as a couple. The outdoor hot tub was wonderful to soak in - although the water flow was not great, so it took almost an hour to fill it up to sufficient levels. Toilet bowl has giant ants crawling around periodically - not sure where they came from, they only stuck around the toilet bowl area. Not a big problem, more amusing...

I sent picture of the hotel environment to friends and their replies were Wow, are you in Europe! The hotel has gym room, swimming pool and Spa. The guests has 15mins of free Spa treat on shoulder and back. The breakfast spread

Nice quite get away at a secluded location. Nice rooms, scenery for a relax get away.

Overall clean and comfortable stay. Delicious breakfast spread . Good location. However we were not able to adjust the aircon temperature, so the room was abit too cold at night. Not sure if the control was faulty.
