"Awesome room and amenities, with a wonderful seaside view. Could be a 5* experience with just a bit of staff training and focus. Check in boss was amazing and should be in charge of training and re-focusing on guests....he was absolutely exemplary! This hotel has everything going for it, with so little tweaking to make it five star daily. Trash bins at elevators and ash trays outside frequently overflowing with staff standing idle. Rooftop bar employees were all exceptional....as if they were employed at a different hotel. Their cleanliness standards were much higher than the front of the house staff and you could feel a sense of pride in presenting a nice place for guests to enjoy! Again, overall stay was awesome, but the people out front and in the lobby should refocus on guests and put their phones down."

"👎 Pool side Jacuzzi is a joke, barely fit in four people and the water is lukewarm. My family were advised to reserve a grilled seafood buffet at time of checking in. The seafood variety selection is below average. No lobster or good quality crab. I accidentally tipped the wine glass over, the waitress refused to refill the white wine even though one of our beverages was water. It’s definitely overrated on the website, disappointed!"
