"Friendly and helpful staff on arrival. Room was spacious, clean and fresh. Couldn’t hear any noise from road or aircraft. Beds were comfy and lovely fresh towels. Bar was well stocked and reasonable priced. Didn’t have food but it did look delicious. Really convenient for BP Pulse Arena, only about a 10 minute walk. Would definitely stay again and recommend."

"Excellent hotel for shows and events at NEC/Pulse arena. The hotel is currently undergoing refurbishment but doesn’t really affect stay except breakfast/bar area a little crowded. Rooms are probably best i’ve stayed in at that price range - only quibble TV was rubbish need to sort aerial, but fab stay will use again for next night out."

"Great hotel overall - nice room, friendly staff, good bed, and shower was too notch. Only small thing was that the building was a bit of a maze trying to find the rooms. I'd happily stay there again when I next come to Birmingham. Highly recommend! "

"Breakfast was absolutely fantastic you won’t be disappointed, the rooms for the most were okay, we had an issue with our room the staff were apologetic and they acted quickly and upgraded our room. For me that’s what top hotels do. My regards to the deputy and his team they were stellar, and hotel always smells amazing, wherever we walk outside the room, and the decor was really nice."

"The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. Breakfast was good, they ran out of cups/mugs for the hot drinks so we had to use disposable cups. Room- Hair clump found on carpet in the bedroom. Too layer of bath was damaged. Toilet roll holder was loose and we couldn’t tighten it. Corridors are noisey when people are talking, can hear everything in the rooms."

"Staff were hit and miss. Lucy checked me in and was great but Grace refused to let me borrow a charger even though she said there was a box full in lost property. Breakfast staff not brilliant either. Asked for a pot to put sauce in too be told to put straight on plate, why? Lager in bar was flat except the one that costs £7.95. Dont take cash. Room was only ok. Would not rush back."
