The team were extremely friendly, caring and accommodating. The room was sizeable and the shower was incredible. Would highly recommend ! "

"The room was fine and nothing negative to say, but the 4th floor where our room was (including our room of 418) stank of stale smoke. There is such a pungent smell of smoke that has seaped into the carpet and walls it's really unpleasant - our room was bad but the corridor was so bad we genuinely had to hold our nose/breath when coming out the room to go to the lift. Would not recommend "
