"For an absolute bargain of a nights sleep, the Days Inn was great value, clean and comfortable. I needed a very late check in, after midnight, so it was handy to have a 24/7 reception and to be met with a smile. Room was clean and practical, shower was good. I mean, you wouldn't take the family for a holiday on the M6, but for my needs that night, it was perfect! "

"Staff was on their phone when i arrived and didn’t turn it off when I got there, no hello from any of the other staff. But a very fair price, the bed was comfy and had anything you needed. I did cut my foot on a broken tile which was disappointing. Not may shops near by but an aldi is close plus a great little pub opposite."

"The toilet was blocked when we arrived. It was too late in the night for us to change rooms so didn’t mention to the front desk. We kept flushing and eventually it cleared. We mentioned on check up for them to check it and the person just said it was a slow flushing toilet. We know the difference. He wasn’t interested in what we had to say. When we arrived there was no hygiene sticker on the toilet. Also one of the bath towels was filthy on arrival. The bed was clean, no complaint there. It was a shame that we weren’t listened to and apologised to. "

"The whole experience, two nights, was excellent. The room was very large, well fitted and although we did not housekeeping refreshment were replenished, when requested. The food was of high standard and equally matched by the service. Only criticism was poor pressure in the sink hot water tap. It was an accessible room so understand the concern of the hot tap. "
