"I think It was amazing (over average) but I think there needs to be more tables in the breakfast buffet.Also the chef was very unhelpful for example a lady in front asked if she could have a fried egg without the yolk, and the chef said no.The lady asked why and he said he was too busy to cook.Then she asked when he will be free, he said never. And walked away,"

"This would probably have been a totally fine stay except there was about 50 members of the same family staying there, maybe 75, and their kids were marauding round the hotel leaving trash, upturned chairs, broken glasses etc all over the place. The bar was a no go area because they'd taken over, so loud. Not enough staff to police the bad behavior or clean up and the parents were doing nothing. Pool was absolutely rammed and not a place my kids wanted to hang out - tiny and busy, despite booking a slot. No fridge in the room! Wouldn't stay again."

"Rooms were too cramped. The carpets in the hall and inside the room were dusty and smelt bad. The pressure in the showers was inadequate. Breakfast was ok and parking was sufficient even for a late arrival. "

"It was extremely disappointing to discover that the photos on the website did not reflect the reality of the property. Upon arrival, the house looked nothing like what was advertised. I had booked a room for two people, but the space was far too small to comfortably accommodate us. On top of that, the entire house was unclean, which made the stay even more unpleasant. "Although the message said someone would be there to greet me, I wasn't sure who, so followed the instructions for the key collection with no problem. Room very spacious, but could do with a socket near the bed and blackout curtains with the bright light in the back. Tried to watch TV, but there were no channels, but was able to watch iPlayer etc instead. The instructions about leaving were a bit confusing. I tried the key safe outside the room, but it didn't open, so I assumed the message meant leave the key in the room, which I did. Later on I did wonder whether I should've put it in the key safe where I actually picked it up from. Apologies for rushing out and forgetting to take down my bowl and wash it up."

"Very friendly and helpful house manager who set up TV in another room given my room was taken Lucky he was there and door was open on arrival however as otherwise would have been tragic as no idea how I would have got in and my room had been double booked with clients already in and if any issues, no idea where he is to get hold of which was the case later as I had no towels so was leant one from another room. Luckily another room was available so I had somewhere to stay on arriving!! Could have all gone so badly! Advertisement also suggests I had a bath hence why i booked it but no bath available!! The place was very clean and very comfortable bed and pillows so slept well. I was lucky with other things!! The review would have been appalling otherwise. Also please use white bedding rather than random duvet sheets...looks more professional. Plus paint the small areas of wall white that have been stained or paint fallen off "
