"We enjoyed our stay at Windsong. Their property is Very Clean, the staff were very helpful, the food onsite was good. Housekeeping was very attentive and clean. A must is snorkeling in the reefs right on the beach. The oceanfront room was spectacular. We would come back! "

"The Sands was a lovely resort. Grace Bay is our favorite place in the world and The Sands is also conveniently located to the shopping area as well. We loved the pool facing the ocean and the restaurant on site was cute. However, I would not reserve a first floor Garden Suite again. We were disappointed in ours as the patio area was enclosed and there was no airflow. It was very hot and surrounded by foliage so felt a little claustrophobic. We asked to be moved to the second floor and the staff was very lovely and accommodating. Our second floor suite was very nice! "

We had the Opportunity to meet the manager of the Hotel due to a situation we had he did excellently well with us he was our guide and thanks to him we did not miss the excursion we had because we were late. We thank you again."
