"I booked this hotel for someone else only to get harassed by another guest in the elevator. People outside the hotel smoking weed and felt unsafe."

"I want my money back from Expedia! Cannot get through to a human to assist. We left within 15 minutes in the room. Dirty, smelled like marijuana and a huge cockroach in the shoer. I have photos to prove it! The young lady said we have to get our refund from Expedia. We instantly went to a Hampton Inn 5 miles down the road."

"I like the customer service provided, but the first room’s TV did not change channels, so the clerk gave us another room. But, that room had a filthy maxi pad on the side of the toilet and the desk chair was full of dirt and dust."
