"During check in our suitcases were collected outside but they were left unattended (near the street)and it took until we were planning to take them to our rooms ourselves for staff to bring them inside. Staff in general were friendly but did not always do what they promised or did not take the time to greet me, even though they turned out to be checking something for me, all the time I was just waiting because they seemed to be busy with something else.

My daughter n I enjoyed our stay at this hotel since its staff are very friendly and helpful, our room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast provided were good, especially the delicious chicken porridge.
Definitely would love to stay there again whenever we visit Bandung in the future.
