"Thank god for this hotel. We had actually been trying to book a hotel up the road for convenience, however every time we tried to book the reservation cancelled. I rang to resolve, they refused to complete the booking over the phone, and pretty much told me I did not know what I was doing because of my age. So we went elsewhere. Your team was lovely, efficient and face us an upgrade. We are never staying up the road anymore. And we come down to Melbourne from Ballarat many times in the year. "

"Great location, but room layout and access could be improved Loved the convenience of the location, perfect for exploring the city and the Collingwood area. However, the layout of the room was odd and a bit unpleasant; the main door opened directly into the bathroom area, which you had to walk through to reach the bedroom. It would’ve also been helpful to receive clear access instructions ahead of arrival, especially as there’s a long staircase to climb to reach the rooms. The overall style felt more dated than expected based on the photos, I was hoping for something a bit more modern."
