The hotel is undergoing renovations, creating a noisy environment that made it difficult to rest after a 19-hour flight. Additionally, there were issues with cold water for showers and intermittent power outages during the stay. While the staff were accommodating, these factors made the overall experience unfavorable, and I wouldn’t recommend or return to this hotel.

Hot water didn't come out once, but they fixed it soon. They didn't make up my room one day. The suite room is specious, the bed is enough big, and there is a big bathtub.

The staff were super friendly and professional. Both check in and check out were easy and courteous. The rooms are unique and beautifully designed. Will stay again for sure.

Everything about this hotel is excellent . The location is perfect. Trendy shops and restaurants near by. The staff were excellent , right from the security to the porters. This was my second visit to the hotel in 9 months. Special thanks to Krishna who I presume is hotel manager or supervisor. I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends and family .

Nice hotel to stay for business trip
food is good. Location is nice. You can find food easily around the hotel. WIFI speed is ok. The weakness is that the Gym is small with one jogging machine. Rooms number is too less.

The room was fantastic. It is spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom has a glass wall, so you can see the TV while soaking inside the bath tube. The only thing is that the location is a bit hard to find as you would need to go into a small alley and the restaurant is very small. The choice of food is also very limited

Amazing and welcoming stay!
Great stay at the Lakeshore Banani with an amazing staff that are incredibly helpful! The room is incredibly comfortable and everything is very clean. You can even get a ride to their sister hotel in Gulshan if you want a change of scenery, to sit outdoors, etc. As this was a business trip, the only thing to make things more convenient would be more areas for work discussions - there’s only the restaurant and the lobby right by the front door. Regardless - I would stay here again because they are so friendly and welcoming!

Great Little Hotel in Dhaka
Great small hotel in Dhaka. Will stay here again when i go to Dhaka next. Check in, Service, Staff, Rooms, Wifi, Ambiance, Restaurant - excellent. The only slight downgrade is the breakfast - not enough variety (although coffee was good)...otherwise 5 star.

Very goo location and staffs were very friendly. But there are no beer somethinbg in minibar and could not dring any alcohol in this hotel. To drink alcohol, I should go to Lakeshore Gulshan through vehicle this hotel provide but it is inconvenient.

Staff is very friendly, good breakfast with plenty of options, great location - about a 3 min walk to many restaurants and shops. Smaller hotel so you get personalized service.

Great Hotel as near to many restaurants
This was my 4th of 5th times staying in this hotel. The recent stayed, I requested for late checkout as my flight was at night. They allowed me to have late checkout and complimentary from the hotel. I was very delightful and really happy with the service rendered to me and my family during our 2 nights stay. I'll definitely come back to Lakeshore Banani for my next trip to Bangladesh.

When I arrived at the airport, I was told, that the hotel I had booked is closed due to a power failure or so!!! I was transferred to the Sarina Hitel, which is acceptable, however a slightly cheaper place. Do i get a refund for this? I think it would just be fair. Kindly let me know

Can't get any better
Perfect place in Dhaka. As a hotel owner and developer myself, I travel all over the world and stay in different hotels and this was one of the best stay. Staffs were fabulous, services were more than perfect. I have stayed in various hotels in Dhaka in the past, but this is the hotel I'll always stay in the future. Anyone visiting Dhaka should give this hotel a try. This hotel makes Pan Pacific look like two star.

Best Staff Ever!
Lakeshore Banani was the perfect hotel to come back to after a long day in Dhaka traffic. The staff was always warm and helpful and it had a real boutique feel to it.

Haven in Dhaka..
I have been traveling for the past 20-years for my work and have stayed in a few hotels with varying prize range and standards. However, this will always top my list. I got hurt on the 2nd day of my stay and had to go for a small procedure to the hospital( Please don't ever go to United Hospital in Dhaka). The way the hotel staff took care of me after i got back, -without being intrusive- is not something I have even experienced with my loved ones. It is really hard to find people like this in the world these days and I sincerely thank all the staff from security, front desk, restaurant and the management. A thank you is not enough to appreciate their hospitality. At the same time their restaurant could be better with choices for breakfast. The rest is perfect as it is.
