I've stayed here on two separate occasions and would stay again. It's a decent hotel with very nice and helpful staff. I do recommend paying attention to the room service receipts. Both stays resulted in being charged different fees for the exact same menu item.

I’ve travelled extensively and never before have I experienced such an attentive staff. This 60 room boutique hotel far exceeded any expectation. Their complimentary breakfast is exceptional. By US standards, the value is exceptional. If I return to Dhaka, the Lakefront Hotel will feel like home!

This is a superb boutique hotel. Before arriving, I had intended to spend only 1 night. I stayed for 5! The friendly staff made me feel at home. The room was terrific in all that one would expect in a fine star hotel. The breakfast buffet (free!) was outstanding - as good as it gets! The hotel has an amazing and courteous security staff. (They even gave me friendly salutes as as I came and went!) The rooftop has a pool and great views of the lake. From here I saw one the most stunning sunsets I’ve ever seen. I highly recommend the Lakeshore Hotel and hope to return someday.

The friendly and attentive staff really make the experience at Lakeshore. It may be five weeks or five years since your last stay, but they will remember and welcome you back like a long-lost friend.

Great location with great service.

Staff were friendly, courteous, and professional - I can not say enough good things about them. The room was great, the food was good, and the space was both inviting as well as quiet. The gym and spa are a bit small and are not the newest, but they are functional.

It's a good hotel but it could be better

Check in is cumbersome. They gave me the wrong room not the room I paid for. I had to ask them to change the room and give me the room that I paid for which took time. The safe in my room did not work. There were no curtains in the gym. When I asked for them, I was told they were in the laundry and they only had one set,

Wonderful staff!

Overall the hotel is nice but the staff are AMAZING. Very kind and welcoming and incredibly helpful. There is also a great buffet that offers Bangladeshi food on Friday. And a delicious coffee bar (the North End), which I strongly recommend.

Business travel friendly hotel, well recommended

This was my first time I stayed at Lakeshore Gulshan, although I'd stayed at their Lakeshore Banani franchise earlier. As always, they take great care of their guests, and when minor things go amiss, they do their best to make up for it. The gym is popular with guests, there is a very nice rooftop setup, hotel cars will take you anywhere (though prices are a little high), and the food menu is pretty good too. When on a business trip, one generally looks for a place to sleep in peace, and have everything taken care of. Lakeshore fits that bill.

We lucked out with a great deal in the mini suite -very comfortable. The lobby is nice with a great coffee stand. Reasonably nice gym and pool on top.
