There are too many staffs on lobby gossiping very loudly instead of helping the guest. I made reservations with this hotel through hotel.com. Concierge Of the hotel wasn’t knowledgeable. I made full payments at the time of reservations. Soon I arrived at the hotel they kept me along waiting to find the reservation in their system. Later they were asking me to provide my business card or visiting card at the front desk . I gave them my USA passport. They were keep asking me for the card. After that they were asking me to keep deposit for there security purposes which will be refundable. Overall it was too much hassle for my daughter and I. Definitely this hotel management needs to come forward to resolve this issue. Forget to mentioned their insane price of mini snacks bar in the room. As an example, small can of sprite taka 350.00 out side of the hotel’s price is taka 35.00. Sine I have the worst experience definitely I will give the hotel one star ranking.
