Breakfast is always same. They need to serve different kinds of food like other hotels. I highly recommend that they should benchmark "Four point Hotel in Dhaka".

very average stay ..
POSITIVES :-
1) Location in gulshen 2 -- good for business.
2) Room size ( specially if you are a large family ) each room is about the size of an apartment with two rooms and two bathrooms and a Kitchenette
3) The staff were kind and courteous
4) Good breakfast
NEGATIVES :-
1) Didnt like the decor of the room- brick work and unpainted walls ( maybe this was part of the look --but it looked incomplete)
2) Its a 3 star category hotel...not a 5 star as it looks in the pic- the pool was nice but the public washrooms were dirty

Friendly staff and great location
My experience was good but not great. Few changes will make it more enjoyable for future guests.
For example:
*Apartment size was quite big but storage facilities were not that great. *My executive suite didn't have microwave but it was organised on my 2nd day of arrival.
*Funny fact is they had a ironing board without any electric iron. I didn't bother to ask for it.
*Staff were friendly and helpful. But house keeping needs proper tool and more manpower.
*Hotel security is good. Althougg it was quite awkward asking front desk staff to get access to the lift! Yes, you need to ask them every single time unless you want to use the stairs!

Not 5 Star Hotel. Should be 3 star
Previously I found Expedia search results accurate but on this occasion Expedia said Olive Hotel as 5 Star & in my opinion it should be 3 Star if I compare with other 5 star hotels in Dhaka such as The Westin Hotel & around the world. Only one very small dark reastuarent back of the hotel with full of Mosquitos. Very small hotel reception area. Hotel location is undesirable etc

Good: Room is big.
Bad: Poor house keeping. Bed is uncomfortable. Food Is not good. Service is bad.
Its was good in olive.
Big room with with kitchen, double toilet and bathroom.
24 Hrs swimming and gym. Its amazing.

Staffs were great but condition of hotel so so. Not sure why but cant seem to get shower heater to work and hope can have some complimentary water in room will be nice
