"Everything was absolutely excellent. The room was large, luxurious, well appointed, comfortable and very clean. The staff were all wonderful, friendly, helpful and professional. I recommend this hotel !!! The location is fantastic. Shopping, restaurants and attractions were close by. The beach was beautiful and great for taking long wakls.The next time I visit Acapulco I will stay at the Fiesta Americana Resort."

"I had a pleasant stay here. Get an ocean view hotel, highly recommend. Room was cleaned everyday. They have live music and a bar by check in. Would book again! "

"Las habitaciones son amplias y la cama es cómoda. La comida en general es buena y, considerando el precio, la experiencia es aceptable. Tiene un costo adicional de $250 por persona, pero ese monto se reembolsa en consumo. • Atención del personal: Los bellboys destacan por su amabilidad. • Elevadores: Uno suele estar fuera de servicio.
