They also offer frequent shuttles to the MTR station, making commute to the city center easy. Rooms big enough compared to the usual standards in Hong kong. Excellent staff and service. Great breakfast buffet. "

"Nice hotel and room. Disappointing that the pool, which is such a strong feature of this hotel was closed. Reception staff were quite aloof and not very welcoming. Not a big deal but just saying it as we found, great location for public transport, bus stop right outside."

"My only problem was checkout.... there were a few of us lined up to check out or in.. but they kept taking people who wanted to checkout without lining up.. they just walked up and gave them their cards which still took time. They could have made a line for fast checkout instead of having polite people wait until they get pissed off. "
