The room is very lovely, the little toddler totally love it. It is clean. I love the food at the Ink and Plate Restaurant. Really go for dinner buffet instead, its much quieter with lesser crowd and the characters goes table to table to take pictures with you. Although the wait can be very long

Lovely hotel with many option to eat. Good choice of breakfast. Clean room and every 30 minutes having Pick up and Drop Off service to Airport and near by MTR station.

The shuttle bus service was the main reason I chosen this hotel. Took us quite some times to look for it at the airport even after asking for the location and direction. As the bus only has a sign board at the front, 1st timer will not be able to notice it with out clear instruction what to look out for. Moreover, we were told to wait between bay 9 to 15. Which caused more confusion.

The only place in HK which provide customer service and the staff are all very friendly. Going the extra miles to show you the way, giving you recommendations on where to go and when the room type which i booked is unable to add a extra bed, they provide me a complimentary upgrade to a bigger room as it’s my birthday. The size of the room was great. They give kids amenities such as kids utensil and kids bedroom slipper. Only 3mins walk to MTR station and there is ding ding tram right behind...

Booked for Harbour view king bed for 4 nights fm 2-6 May. Check-in was smooth and their services were fantastic. The room was big and the view was awesome too. MTR station (exit P1) within 3 mins but still need to walk around 5-8 mins underground to reach the main control station. Overall, the stays were good and we enjoyed it.

The bell staff and the concierge were amazing and very helpful and accommodating. Really helped us out with a variety of things very grateful to them for the assistance! All the other staff were friendly as well and on the whole the service across the hotel was v good.

Will stay again. Highly recommended. Room is clean and spacious. Hotel staff are polite and efficient. 5 minutes walk to causeway bay. Nearby eateries provide convenience. 7 eleven right across the road The bed is too hard for me. Pillows are too soft. Needs improvement on this. No swim pool in the hotel.

Wonderful location, been returning to this hotel ever since the first time I stayed at when they just opened. Though the rooms have some wear and tear over the years, the service, cleanliness and everything has been consistent and spectacular. Hope the property would consider to do some refreshments to the room to upkeep the furnishes.
