"I had such a wonderful experience staying at this hotel on March 21, 2026. From the moment I arrived, everything was clean, well-maintained, and incredibly convenient. It truly made my trip stress-free and enjoyable. One of the best features was the complimentary shuttle service. They take you directly to the ticketing areas for all the parks—Universal, Disney, and even the water parks. Not having to worry about driving, traffic, or paying for parking was a huge plus. The shuttle dropped me right at the front entrance, which made getting in and out of the parks so easy. The location is also perfect. If you want to grab a casual meal or just unwind with a drink, there’s an Applebee’s connected right to the hotel—you can literally walk over in minutes. It’s such a convenient option, especially after a long day at the parks. The amenities were fantastic as well. The pool area is huge and perfect for families, with a dedicated water pad/play area for kids. There’s also an outdoor bar, which makes it great for both families and adults looking to relax. What really stood out to me was the value. I paid just over $100 for the night, while my son stayed at a Universal resort for nearly $600 a night. When they wanted to visit Epcot, they still had to drive and pay for parking, while I simply took the free shuttle. "Laundry was down for 3 of the days we were there, and when I was able to use the laundry units, the washer seal was broken and it turned my shirt black and put a hole in it. I was told maintenance would be in to fix it and that I would be compensated, neither happened. I asked 2 different staff members on several occasions for a room refresh. This also did not happen, even after scheduling a day prior like they said. There were 4 of us staying for 6 days. We ran out of towels, did not have clean sheets, nor did we get any when requested, and ran out of toilet paper before our stay ended. Towels were given when we asked staff in the hallway that were cleaning other rooms. Our last night there, we did have a single cockroach in our room..did not noticed any others. Staff was super friendly the whole time, just didn’t follow through with much of anything. If you are planning on cooking in the suite, think about bringing your own frying pan and silverware. The large cutting knife was very dull, the frying pan could not be cleaned after making eggs, (used a scrub pad and soaked the pan overnight) and still couldn’t get it clean, the spoons are more of a serving spoon, rather than one you can eat with…it was so big. Only two forks and two spoons are supplied. The room itself is pretty spacious, but very outdated. "
