This is a great option for families visiting the Orlando parks, especially if you’re planning on driving to the parks. MK and Epcot are about 15-20 mins and Disney Springs 5-10 min depending on traffic. We have stayed there multiple times in the past year and love it! The rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet- despite being close to a major road. Having a full sized fridge and kitchenette is great for longer stays. There are also quite a few restaurants/food options close by. Staff is friendly and helpful. The pool area is kinda small and it’s between buildings so doesn’t get sun the whole day. That’s not really our priority when we go there, but worth mentioning. We are already planning our next stay!

Property was clean and well stocked. Not a fan of having to pay to park but that’s the world we live in. My biggest and only complaint is no breakfast. I can’t believe for the price per night there is no breakfast, there is an option to buy stuff which I did for 11 more dollars for my daughter.

When I got to the property I had to wait over an hour because they couldn’t find my reservation. After the manager came and took an additional 30 minutes she claimed that Expedia didn’t send over the reservation to their system when I intentionally booked the reservation and were not able to find it. The manager then told me that they were completely sold out and couldn’t provide me with a room.

They do not mention housekeeping is every 7 days so you have to go diwn for fresh towels because none of the phones work- both in the hotel room or if you try calling from your cell phone. They charge for parking and a resort fee but gave no amenities. The shower does not work and the fixtures are not secured. I tried to iron a shirt packed in luggage and the ironing board was broken. Save your money and book at a better maintained property.

We were so disappointed the place felt really old trying to be new. We needed towels, asked the maid service that was in the hall with towels and she said oh you have to go downstairs and get your own towels. Basically anything we needed we had to go downstairs and ask for it. We ran out of toilet paper out of the towels. They never even cleaned the room. We were there five nights we had to throw dirty towels and trash in the hall. We had one large spoon and 1 teaspoon that was all the spoons we had I could go on and on, but I think you get the point.

This property is ideally located to many stores, restaurants and the ease of accessing all of the Disney properties. However, it is located in the same parking lot as Twin Peaks. I arrived on a Friday evening and parking was scarce, groups of individuals were hanging out drinking which didn't make a single older woman traveling alone feel safe. I had to park in the lot behind the restaurant. Check in was easy, but then I had to walk back out to my car. I was told to park in the parking garage which is VERY dark. The lights only turn on when you are under them. There were also people hanging out in there. I unloaded my car and entered an elevator (ALONE) that was dark, smelled of cigarettes and hot. This takes you to the first floor of garage and a path leads to the back of hotel that is also dark. The door was open, no need to use the keypad, just anyone could walk in. Then you had to walk down a long hallway that led to an elevator. The inside of the hotel was clean. I went to my room, which was very spacious with a small kitchen and sitting area. However the floors were not very clean. The rest of the weekend went without a hitch, but I have to say that I never felt safe. Every time I had to walk out the back of the hotel door (which was never locked) and into that dark parking garage was like sprinting to my car. I do not think that I will ever stay here again because I didn't feel safe.

The hotel was overall nice, and the suite was very nice and spacious. I wish there were more on-site restaurants or other options besides a very tiny "market" for food and drinks. It was a pain and annoyance to either have to order Uber Eats for every meal or head to Target for groceries (no oven items!) and carry all that back through the garage, into the hotel, and into your room, just to have dinner or breakfast. Another minor issue was that the bathtub plug was broken and didn't work properly to stop water from going down the drain. It was frustrating having to put a washcloth or my foot on it to stop the bleeding so I could soak after a marathon race. Another issue I saw was that the "stove" burner dial was completely broken off. I didn't use the burners, but I did notice this. It didn't seem to be preventing them from working; it was just another thing that annoyed me about food. Also, they had an ice machine and a refrigerator in the suite, but no ice cube trays or ice buckets to get said ice... very odd, and again, annoying. The staff were ok, but I would have appreciated it if the guy checking me in had been a bit clearer and gone over the hotel's amenities and expectations. None of that was communicated when I checked in, and it would have helped me before I got into my room had I known I would need to get groceries or order food.

Location was close to Disney, which is why I booked it. The parking garage was a plus as well. Restaurants are within walking distance. Check in was quick and easy. Front desk staff very friendly and professional. Loved the full sized refrigerator and completely stocked kitchen accessories. Had an issue with the coffeemaker in our room, called the front desk and a new one was brought up within 5 minutes. Also asked for a couple of extra pods and they were delivered within minutes! Room was clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable. This is a pet friendly hotel, but didn't have any issues with barking. Will definitely stay here again.
