"was really great! we weren’t bothered once, we couldn’t hear the family next door to us, which is a huge plus, and the pool was amazing! a lil confusing to get around hut once you get the hang of it, it was a treat to stay! def will book again in the future!"

"Our room was small, the toilet clogged several times and the shower didn't drain. In addition the shower head was broken and on full jet mode. They came to fix it but left the shower head and the tools just laying around the bathroom. Some staff were exceptional while others, mainly the front desk were rude. Our key didn't work twice and we had to stand in line for 20 min to get a new one. I was given attitude about needing three and that they didn't understand why they weren't working One of the hot tubs was broken the entire time so every night there were 50 people in one hot tub. Disappointing to say the least."

"Very nice hotel, everything was clean and worked well. Secure and staff was friendly and helpful. There was also enough parking. Good buffet breakfast and there is also a restaurant/bakery apart from it in the premises."

"Hotel was old and a bit rundown check-in process went smooth with front desk. Breakfast buffet was only average. It did have waffles but one of the waffle machine wasn’t working so it cost a great big back up with the breakfast crowd. There wasn’t much other breakfast food available to have coffee things like that so it was not a very good breakfast buffet maybe a five out of 10 room was OK hotel property outside was a little dilapidated. It did have a nice pool area with an outdoor hot tub unfortunately it was very cold so we didn’t have a chance to use that."

"The stay was amazing. The check-in process was seamless and informative about amenities and property details. We started in a 3 bedroom room. There was so much room for our family with large bathrooms, closets, and living room area. The property is located within minutes of several restaurants, Disney, Old Town, and Works of Food Trucks. The property was quiet at night ABs offered activity amenities such as basketball, volleyball, pickle ball, and miniature golf. In booking again for the summer and Christmas. It is a true gem in Kissimmee."
