"Staff is always pleasant and professional, rooms and grounds are clean. Attached to the skytrain means its beyond easy to get around. Only one elevator was working but other than waiting a few extra minutes it didnt really affect the stay. "

"The location was pretty centralized at only a short walk to just about everything, including a train and ferry. As for the hotel, the room was spacious and had all that you'd expect in a room (coffee, tea, iron, hair dryer, etc.). Some of the staff roaming the building throughout the day (housekeeping/maintenance) could be more welcoming to guests, but no complaints. It felt as if I had the housekeeping headquarters outside my door at all times, literally sitting on the floor and gathering/prepping for the next cleaning."
