"The room was very nice and the view of the ocean fantastic. The towels were small definitely not bath towels but adequate. I don't speak korean so I needed the owner to show me how the remote woked for the A/C, after that all was well. Overall we really enjoyed our stay."

"My stay at Jeju Lotte Hotel was absolutely amazing. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and excellent service. The hotel itself is stunning, with beautiful architecture and breathtaking views of Jeju’s natural scenery.
The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and spotless—every detail made me feel relaxed and cared for. The amenities were top-notch, from the luxurious pool to the wide variety of dining options. I especially enjoyed the food, which was both delicious and beautifully presented.
What really stood out was the staff. They were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Their service made the experience even more memorable.

저는 혼자 여행 와서 메종 글래드에 체크인한 후 제주시내에서 고장 난 아이폰을 교체했는데, 메종 글래드 직원분이 휴대폰 대리점 위치를 친절하게 설명해 주셔서 무사히 교체할 수 있었습니다. 또, 올레 18코스 둘레길을 걷고 동문시장도 방문해 떡오튀도 먹을 수 있었습니다.
