"Air Conditioning didn’t work the first night. Uncomfortable night. However the Venetian did their best to try and compensate us and gave us a different room. It was an inconvenience however we made the best of it."

"This was one of the cheaper properties on the strip during my stay. The state of the hotel overall was run-down, I had multiple problems with the key card entry into my room. Staff was accommodating and helpful, even if the overall issue never was fixed. This hotel needs renovations, some of which are in progress."

"Fantastic place unless there is a big event at attached convention center. Horrible check-in experience. There was a volleyball tournament beginning the next day and there were at least a hundred people in line to check in. I joined the MGM loyalty club and was able to check-in online and was told they would msg us when room available. That was at 8pm. By 10pm still no msg. After complaining by phone we finally got a room. The room was large, very nice and well equipped. Beware the mini bar items on top of the dresser, if you move something it automatically appears on your bill. Restaurants were very crowded due to the event but the food was good when we could get a table. "
