"The single bed mattresses and supplied pillows were very worn and uncomfortable. There was no cushion backing to one side of the table area, making it very uncomfortable to use. Our room was directly above the ski locker which was very loud. The air inside our accommodation was very dry so we had to take measures to increase the humidity at night. Excellent service, staff speaks great English and the rooms were wonderfully cosy and clean! The facilities are great, and the vehicle that takes you to and from the bus station / ski lift was very much appreciated.

The location of the hotel was excellent, just next to the Aiguille du midi cable car station. There were restaurants and shops less than 5 minutes walk away. The Chamonix-Mont-Blanc train station was about 10 to 15 minutes walk away.
The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The swimming pool was great. The breakfast was excellent.
The hotel staff were friendly and helpful.
Overall, the stay was wonderful.
