"Nicely maintained older hotel. The beautiful dining area was once a federal reserve bank, and the massive vault doors can still be seen in the basement. In addition to a nice free breakfast, they have a free drink with a light supper from 5:30 to 7:00. Pasta, hot dogs, nachos, soup, etc. This would be great if you're traveling with a family. There is no on-site parking except for a small lot that is valet only. We thought $40 per night was a little steep for this."

"I had a great stay here. The staff were very helpful and allowed me to check in early. I was also provided a breakfast voucher and enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning at the hotel. My room was clean and comfortable (please note that it did not have a refrigerator, if that's important). The location was very close to downtown and easy to access."

"I wasn't sure about the no-front-desk hotel setup, but my stay was very pleasant. I stayed for 2 weeks, and there's a bit of a DIY element here -- housekeeping service is an add-on -- but the supply closet was always stocked. I stayed in the Deluxe King room with a sitting area. It was a lovely, quiet room with plenty of space. The restaurant in the lobby is amazing, too. Unaffiliated with the hotel, it made the list of top 25 restaurants in Pittsburgh -- definitely recommend popping in for a nightcap or a memorable meal."

"Very close to downtown events. With in walking distance to many. Across the street from train station. Nice large suite with a breathtakingly beautiful views of the city. Clean room with a very well stocked kitchen with anything you needed to cook a meal. Bed was so comfortable. Had washer and dryer in unit. Very very quiet couldn’t hear anything going on outside the room."
