The Room was nice and probably bigger than what I would get at most hotels around the area, staff was also amazing and super kind. "I love the art deco styling of this classic hotel! You don't see architecture or details like this in newer properties. The staff was wonderful. Everyone from the front desk to the concierge desk could not have been nicer or more helpful with suggestions on restaurants, directions, etc. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in NYC."
