"It was a nice experience to stay in this however. Convenient and walking distance to restaurants. The hotel is nice itself. The only thing about this is that the floor is dirty. My toddler was waking around Our room barefoot and her feet got dirty. "

"Very beautiful hotel! Great staff! Awesome location! About a 5 minute walk to shops and eateries. Our flight arrived early, so they were able to hold our luggages. We ate breakfast at a restaurant nearby and went back to the hotel to wait in the lobby. The concierge noticed three of us asleep, so she did her best to get us a room as soon as possible. The wraparound room we had was amazing! The views were thee best! We noticed that we didn't have bedding for the sofa bed and needed one more set of towels, but the housekeepers were very quick to get it to us. There were only two elevators, but didn't have to wait long at all. Would highly recommend. A+ 10/10"

"Excellent experience. Check-in was quick, professional, and pleasant. The suite was wonderful. It was absolutely spotless and spacious, setting the perfect tone for an elegant escape. The view of downtown Brooklyn was refreshing in the height of winter. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting New York City, perfect location with a lot of good sights within walking distance. "The hotel itself is clean and the staff is amazing. The rooftop deck was a nice surprise. Breakfast was a great way to start a day of adventure. There is a two block gauntlet you need to traverse to reach the subway. During the day it was not an issue. At night we just Uber back to the hotel."
