Everyone from the front desk to the concierge desk could not have been nicer or more helpful with suggestions on restaurants, directions, etc. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in NYC."

"The beds were VERY comfortable and I loved how the shower had a rain shower head and built in bench. Our room smelt a little off but nothing I couldn't live with. It was a short stay but we will definitely we returning. I was also a huge fan of the sliding door separating the bedroom from the bathroom area. "
