"i stayed there for three nights. i was able to check in early and the staff were nice. the lobby was really beautiful and the location itself is really good. its near 16th st and near bus stops. my room was good however, i had a hard time sleeping. the pillows were way too soft i had to use three pillows and i had the temp at lowest with high fan and it was still hot. i really like the hotel but the two things i said made me put it at four stars. "
