"The property is in a very unsafe area. It’s actually in the hood. The cabin a very small room, not one bedroom as advertised. There is a public pool and BBQ grill for the whole property. Don’t be fooled by the pictures showing a private pool right behind the cabin. I only rated this property more than a 1 only because of the owner William who is a very kind man and apologized for the misrepresentation of the property… Other than that, that property is a 1 or lower and I barely post a review, but...

"From the moment we arrived at Sunscape Coco Punta Cana, we felt truly welcomed. The security guard who greeted us was exceptionally kind, setting the tone for the outstanding service that followed. At the reception, the staff was very attentive, and to our surprise, we were invited to a VIP lounge to complete our check-in in a more comfortable and personalized way.
Our room exceeded expectations: it offered a beautiful view of the pool and was thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials, from toothbrushes and toothpaste to moisturizing cream. Everything was spotless, and the air conditioning kept the room perfectly comfortable throughout our stay.
The staff, both in the restaurants and around the resort, stood out for their friendliness and professionalism. The dining experience was another highlight, with a wide variety of delicious dishes that made every meal memorable.
