"Staff was amazing. Ricky and Carla at the buffet breakfast Luz at the pool Gavriel Andres guest experience Food is very excellent and a lot of variety. Rooms are spacious MAREA was excellent . Food , service and drinks Emmanuel Emmanuel there are 2 with the same name Lebrun Elvis reyes MEXICAN was awesome, the food and the service Kelvin Jorman French restaurant is really beautiful and food is very good . Service was good . Overall a very pleasant experience. Only complaint :the public bathrooms were all dirty and the rooms are not very well cleaned. Mirrors , under sink ….. "

"Check-in was seamless, the staff was extremely friendly, and went above and beyond to accommodate our room request (Thank you Francisco!). The room was clean, spacious, EXACTLY as pictured, with an incredible pool and town view. It conveniently has a bar and restaurant on site. The hotel is centrally located, within walking distance to stores and downtown. It is also central to nightlife, and I highly recommend!"

"The staff was courteous and helpful. It wasnt explained well where to check in and therefore I waited downstairs for an hour where I felt dismissed and wasnt given much direction when told to go upstairs. The room was nice as the pictures but some weird holes in walls... The difficulty in speaking to staff was hard at times English to Spanish, even with simple words. The food at the restaurant was really good. The prices were good as well. The housekeeper never cleaned our room and the phone did not work in the room to make request. "

"A+ is my assesment of this accomidation. The owner/renter went through great lengths to make my stay comfortable. Communication was excellent, the property condition was excellent. It has a full kitchen with every appliance needed! The bedrooms were excellent with a tv in every room, AC in every room and comfortable linens. It is in a gated community not far from shopping or restaurants. Plaza San Juan 5 minutes, Los Corales beach was 20 minutes. I am running out of room so I will add that I WILL DEFINITELY STAY THERE AGAIN!!. "
