Lopesan Costa Bávaro Resort Spa & Casino - All Inclusive

"Nice property with plenty of restaurants, pools, a big and well equipped fitness center. With the exception of a few members, overall staff was doing the bare minimum for guests. Food and drinks was definitely the low point. They offered variety but low quality. Mostly fried and fast foods. Even at the "top" restaurants, we didn't see anything that was really that we thought was good."

"I recommended this hotel to my family because last year I went and the experience was good, it will be our last, 33 people in our group to celebrate our Nephew's 21th birthday, everyone in our group feels the same. Starting with the food! In our group we have an executive chef of Atlantic City NJ, that knows about food quality, the only restaurant that the food was good Steak house & the Hibachi, the buffet was ok, but they need to do something with the amount of flies, very annoying. The sport bar very bad food, we order a pizza that we could even eat, the smell of quimical was horrible and the wings that we order also very bad, old and it taste bad oil, other relative experience the same. Mexican restaurant closer to the beach, the food not good. Overall they are over cooking the meat, and the seafood which it makes it chewy and tough to eat. We understand the poor quality or lock of customer servers because the employees work to many hours per day, and 12 days straight, they make very little money and they depend on gratuity, but not everyone tips. Coming from hospitality environment we feel that the employees are treat very unfair, they are like slaves. Omg!!! In the lobby were a lot of people hangout everyday, no music at all, and the fans there should be more powerful, it is to hot and humid, including the night club, the teather, and all the elevators you feel out of breath, they need AC. The only good shows (Michael Jackson and the Circus). Very disappointed!"

Sunscape Coco Punta Cana - All Inclusive

"We stayed at Sunscape with our family of 5 (3 grown adult children) 5/18-5/25, 2026. The check-in process was a little slow since we were "sun club" which was due to our Family Suite rental. The space in the family suite was great with a bedroom with two double beds, and a king room and then the living room in the middle. The sofa is not a sleeper but they brought in a twin for us. As a family of 5 we loved the 3 full bathrooms too! Also loved the huge deck with the nice view! The pools are amazing on property. The main pool is where we spent most of our time because of the awesome activities team. We loved Gasolina and his team who put on great entertainment & games along with night time shows. The Monday night beach party was great! The main pool bar was always crowded and the staff weren't as friendly there, however Nicholas by the waterslide pool was great and his drinks were THE BEST! We also liked the bar by the pizza shop which has limited hours but there was never a line there and the drinks were good! The beach unfortunately had a lot of sargassum when we were there but they do try to clean it out as much as possible. We tried most of the restaurants during our week stay. The best was probably the Hibachi. We also liked the Sunny Side Grill and Tierra. We also had Tiki Taco and loved it the first time but for some reason the second time was not good. We didn't like the Italian restaurant at all sadly. The buffets are fine, breakfast is better at the SunClub Buffet."

"The staff at this hotel are outstanding. We had booked 4 rooms which were all fantastic. The facilities were excellent and the rooms were spotless. Very comfortable beds and well furnished rooms with everything you could need. We ate and drank in the lovely open bar area. The food choices were great and all of the meals looked and tasted delicious. The bar staff were friendly and mixed fantastic cocktails. Best mojito so far! The breakfast menu was also great and the 3 girls who served us were polite, friendly and efficient. We only spent one night here but it was very memorable and an amazing start to our holiday. A special mention must go to Francisco behind Reception. He was always cheerful and nothing was too much trouble. We had a bit of a problem with our taxi and he helped sort it out. We all highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again next time we’re in Punta Cana. "
