"I really didn’t like them overselling the hotel and giving up my rooms that I already paid for. They did make it right by giving us the presidential suites. "

"Every interaction with staff members was excellent. Every employee was very helpful. We had adjoining rooms with one being a suite, and it was perfect. The restaurant was convenient with excellent outdoor dining. During our stay, the hotel was busy with a wedding and other parties, but besides seeing the people in the lobby, we would have never known there were such big events going on. The elevator was fast and we never had to wait long. The floors and rooms were quiet and clean. "
