"From the moment we arrived we were welcomed warmly, our concierge gave our daughter a very tasteful puzzle gift featuring the illustration of the front of the hotel. Upon getting our room, the standard King we were impressed with the size and the cleanliness. Staff would make up our beds after afternoon naps and we're very discreet about it really adding to the 5* service. Breakfast was always fresh and unique, and every staff member greeted us with genuine warmness. Thank you for having us, we had a great holiday."

"Stayed at Amwaj Rotana for 6 nights. We had a lovely experience. I just checked out and got a link for the review and I wanted to make sure I write one on the way to the airport. It's a great hotel in the jbr area. The location was fantastic with so much to do around the area. Rooms are clean, nicely laid out. Staff was courteous and went out of the way to make sure we were taken care of. They even gave me extra time to checkout. Ordered room service a couple of times. Food was excellent. Wife and I decided we're only staying here next time we're here. Thanks Amwaj Rotana! "
