The room was perfect and the noise that we’ve heard complaints of on recent reviews wasn’t bad at all. The turquoise restaurant had everything you could imagine and was lovely. The food was delicious the staff were very attentive too. If you get chance then definitely Visit the spa. We enjoyed the hammas Turkish treatment for 2 and was thoroughly enjoyable.

I had a very enjoyable stay at Rixos Premium JBR, the room was very comfortable and house keeping was absolutely superb. I had a half board booking which was a little disappointing that this only covered the Turquoise restaurant buffet for breakfast and evening meal - in other hotels I have stayed in each restaurant would have a half board menu which allowed much more choice. I found myself eating out most evenings just to have a bit of variety with so many restaurants along JBR, so next time I would probably book just bed and breakfast. The Azure pool and beach club was absolutely fantastic with the beach, two pools and plenty of loungers, the staff there couldn’t have been more helpful or friendly. The location at JBR is fantastic and is lively.

One of the best beach front properties in Dubai. Extremely luxurious, with all first class amenities. Perfect beach front property in Dubai located right by JBR. I highly recommend this location, extremely clean, an amazing service by the staff.

My wife and I stayed 1 week at the Rixos Premium JBR. The hotel and facilities were excellent. The superior room we stayed in was spacious and had sea views across to the big wheel and Palm. The pool area and loungers were first class. There were lots of great restaurants both in the hotel and nearby. The nearest tram stop which links to the train Metro is just 10 minutes walk away. We definitely made the right choice staying on The Walk at JBR and the Rixos ticked all the boxes

As good as we had hoped

Really enjoyed our stay. Good location and facilities - the pool area and bedrooms are excellent, there is a fantastic gym with a beautiful view, and the restaurants we tried were great. Beyond this, we were really impressed with the service - the friendly and welcoming team went out of their way to make sure we were happy. From Ather Ali, who cleaned our room each day, to all of the restaurant, pool and front desk teams. Would definitely stay here again.

Over all we enjoyed our stay but there is room for improvement. Buffet restaurant was not up to much. Poor selection of food and the same every night. We were half board which in hindsight I think bed and breakfast would have been better. You could only use the buffet restaurant within your half board package as the other restaurants on the resort were not included or even offered to with some discount. Nor were fizzy drinks (not even one) with your meal at the buffet on half board basis were included which is quite rare Bathroom in room is starting to need some tlc as silicon is starting to mould and the fittings were loose Couple of the reception members were not as friendly as some more so one in particular. I do not appreciate my child being looked at as though she does not belong there when we are just as good as paying guests as the rest. Kids club was lacking in enthusiasm with early closures and no entertainment for kids on an evening. Restaurants/bars were limited on evenings if you have children which is a shame and a loss to the hotel really especially when there is no evening entertainment for families. Pool sun loungers were increasingly hard to find as the week went on. I would suggest more beds or if there is an adults only pool, which there was, you then a rule is brought in for adults only to be in that area rather taking up spaces in the family pool. The pool closed fairly early too which a lot of people were disappointed about. Shame really
